How do check-ins actually work?
You train and log your sessions in the coaching app. Your coach reviews your logs, any form videos you upload, and your progress numbers, then adjusts load and progression. Cadence depends on your tier, from monthly on Self-Guided to weekly plus live sessions on Premium.
What is included in a programme?
Every tier starts from the same floor: an onboarding consultation, a custom training programme in your app with video demos on every movement, regular check-ins, and async chat with your coach. Higher tiers add nutrition coaching, form review, and live video time.
What equipment do I need?
Your programme is built around what you actually have access to, whether that is a full gym, a home setup, or minimal kit. Tell us in the consultation and the plan is written to fit. If your access changes, the plan changes with it.
When will I see results?
It depends on your starting point, consistency, and goal. Most people feel stronger and more consistent within the first few weeks, with clearer changes in their numbers over a training block. We measure progress against your own data, not a generic timeline, and adjust from there.
Am I tied into anything?
No. You pay for one month at a time, each as a single payment. There is no subscription, no automatic renewal, and no contract. When you want to continue, you pay for the next month; when you do not, you simply stop. You keep access for the month you have paid for.
