If you become a client, I also process the training, nutrition, and progress data you log so I can coach you. I collect basic technical and analytics data when you use the website.

I share data only with the providers I need to run the service: my coaching app, scheduling through Cal.com, payment processing through Stripe, and my email tool. Each acts under contract and processes your data only as instructed.
